Gypsum extraction steps
At the beginning of construction plaster production, the pure gypsum stone that exists in nature is transported to the factory using heavy machines. The stones are crushed by the stone crusher machine and transferred to the Qubit hopper using a loader, which is a type of impact crusher, and it is turned into smaller pieces by this machine. The number of stone crushers when producing construction plaster is determined according to the type of stone in each region and the strength and hardness of the stones.

In the process of preparation and production of construction plaster, no additives are added to it and it is extracted completely pure. After going through the extraction stage, the gypsum obtained goes to other stages of gypsum production, i.e. separation and baking. In the following, we will explain these steps so that you can fully familiarize yourself with how to prepare building plaster.

to split
In the separation stage, after the stones are crushed by the machine, they are taken to the industrial sieves. These sieves are responsible for separating crushed stones in terms of softness or lumpiness. The lumps are taken to the hibern silo, which has a very high temperature, to be cooked on them. The soft stones also go to the Loburn furnace and are baked at a low temperature.

cooking stage
The temperature of the Loburn furnace is adjusted between 100 and 150 degrees Celsius according to the hardness of the gypsum stone and the humidity of the environment. The Hiburn oven is about 200 to 350 degrees Celsius. This heat is created by a burner that uses gas or diesel as fuel. In this method, first the outer layer and then all the parts of the gypsum blocks are baked and semi-hydrated.
